I need to cancel or edit my already placed order?

Customers cannot cancel or edit their own orders since we process orders quickly.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

• Customers cannot cancel or edit their own orders.
• If you need to cancel or edit an order you placed, please call us at (805) 375-4525 to see if it is still possible, for the fastest service please have your order number ready.
• If we cannot get to the phone, please email us as soon as you can and include your order number for the fastest service.
• If you need to change an item(s) on your existing order, it is best to cancel the existing order and replace it with a new order.
• We cannot add items to an already existing order.  Simply place a new order for the new item(s).
• Once your order or item(s) have been canceled, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please check your SPAM folder, sometimes those confirmation emails end up there.
