You may have noticed that we note **A Couple Exclusions Apply** next to our discount codes. What are those exclusions and how do you tell if an item is excluded?
We cannot discount complete bikes and frames.
Certain brands restrict us from allowing discounts on their products.
Items from the following brands are excluded from discount codes: (Not all brands may be listed)
It's a bummer that these brands do this, but we, unfortunately, have as much control over this as riding down a steep rock garden covered in mud with a flat front tire. If you are the CEO of one of these brands and want to change your policy, we'd love to chat :)
The easiest way to tell if a product is excluded from a discount code is to simply add the item to your cart, hit the "Checkout" button, and then enter your discount code in the section that says "Gift card or discount code" and hit Apply. If you see a message stating that your cart does not meet the requirements of your specific discount code then that means that a particular item is excluded from the discount code you used.
**Note: You will not be able to "stack" codes. You can only use one discount code per transaction.
Watch out for third-party sites that are not associated with our company. If the discount code did not come from our emails, YouTube videos, social media posts, or our staff then it most likely will not work.
