If you see a button on the product page that says "Special Order" that means we do not physically have that product in either of our stores or outside warehouses.
This means we will have to order the product directly from the vendor before we can ship it out to you. We will charge your account at the time you place the order.
However, there are times when the vendor may be completely out of an item, such as overall supply, limited editions or model year change over, and it may take more time than we would like.
If there is a delay in your order, we will reach out to quickly let you know the estimated time of shipment will be.
