If you see a button on the product page that says "Special Order" that means we do not physically have that product in any of our stores.
We may split some of your order and ship the in-stock items first.
This means we will have to order the product directly from the vendor before we can ship it out to you. We will charge your account at the time you place the order.
However, there are times when the vendor may be completely out of an item, such as overall supply, limited editions, or model year change over, and it may take more time than we would like.
We will follow-up within 24 business hours and update you with ETA's as we receive them from the vendors.
If there is a delay in your order, we will reach out to you quickly and let you know the updated ETA.
