** International Orders using USA Package Forwarders or other USA addresses **

Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Worldwide Cyclery.

Be sure you are using a reliable forwarding business and/or a safe and reliable drop-off address.

If you are using a package forwarding company, a hotel, or a "friend", we cannot be held responsible for the order once the order is marked as delivered.

If you're an international customer, and you want to send your order to a package forwarding company, a hotel, or a "friend" in the USA, we encourage you to ship your order using our FedEx option and NOT USPS.

Sometimes, USPS cannot gain access to package forwarding companies, and the drop-off may not be as reliable.

International return labels will not be issued for items exported through a freight forwarder or hand carry. The provided Return Mailing Label is for U.S. domestic shipments only.
