Domestic Shipments
USPS First-Class and Priority Mail
This has been an extraordinary time of unprecedented challenges. The Postal Service is experiencing significant volume increases, while at the same time USPS employee availability has been reduced due to the impacts of COVID-19. The USPS is flexing its resources to process and deliver the mail as quickly as possible.
It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind to allow them to move packages quicker than otherwise since additional scanning also means additional processing time.
The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
The first package scan may not be until delivery.
Sometimes the tracking information isn't being updated by USPS as it should be, and we can understand your frustration in having to wait for your awesome new bike parts.
Sometimes the weather is an issue, perhaps a global pandemic is causing delays, and sometimes packages just aren't scanned into the carrier's system at intermediary stops, so it looks like nothing is happening. Other times, it's just the carrier running behind. It happens.
While shipping procedures and delays are out of our control, we are determined to satisfy you. Just know, once it leaves our shipping locations, your order is on its way to you.
International Shipments
USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International
** Please note: ** USPS International shipments can take some time to be delivered.
The USPS has contracted with Global Post for their international shipping.
Once your order reaches them, it can no longer be tracked through the USPS page but it can be tracked through this website: goglobalpost.com/track/
See this link for information on the current Global Operations of shippers.
Just think how far your bike parts must travel and get handled, just to make it to you.
It can take quite a bit of time for the shipment to get through Customs as well as get sorted through your local postal carrier.
We appreciate your patience with these orders but know your new bike parts or gear is on their way.
