When you return more than one item to Worldwide Cyclery, the refund notifications may come in as separate emails for each item you return.
If you get one email for your refunded item, but not the other item(s), and you can’t locate the refund email, here are a few tips to help you:
- Search - Search your email for the 6-Digit Order Number. The number will be in all the refund emails.
- Search - Search your email for "info@worldwidecyclery.com". All of the Refund Confirmations come from that address.
- Search - Search your email for the item you are missing the refund to. Example keywords would be "chainring", "gloves" or the brand like Wolf Tooth, SRAM, RockShox, etc.
- Email Address - Work Email instead of Personal Email? Many of our customers have multiple email addresses used to place orders. Gmail, Yahoo!, Verizon, hotmail, etc. Did you check them all?
- Category - If you use Gmail or Yahoo! mail, check your "Promotions" or "Updates" sections for information.
- SPAM - Check your SPAM or Junk folder. Sometimes, confirmation emails may be filtered into these folders by mistake.
- Mistyped - Verify the email address you entered. If you mistyped your email during checkout, the refund email would not have been delivered to you.
- Credit Card/Bank Account - Check your accounts. You may see a few separate refunds come through your account statements. Please note they may take several business days/weeks to show depending on the institution.
