To make your return experience seamless, we kindly ask that returned items are in their original packaging and in new condition, just as you received them.
If you have any doubts about the condition of the product before initiating a return, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you every step of the way.
It's important to note that items that have been installed, used, or are not in new condition are NOT eligible for a refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may opt to return the used item to you or offer store credit, albeit subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee and store credit only. Additionally, please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To further simplify the return process, we have two conveniently located return centers. No need for an RA#; simply provide your order number. You can ship your return to the nearest location, which not only speeds up the process but also helps minimize postage costs for you.
