How do I return an item/order?

We aim to make returns straightforward and fair.

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for new items only. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original retail packaging in the same new condition as received.

In short, the process is:

1. Print and fill out the return form.

2. Pack the item securely with the completed form inside the box.

3. Ship it to the closest Worldwide Cyclery return location.

4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued based on item condition and our return policy.

Important things to know before returning:

• Installed, used, or altered items are not eligible for a refund.

• Depending on condition, non-refundable items may be returned to you or accepted for store credit with a minimum 20% restocking fee.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No return authorization is required.
Please include your order number with your return. A 6-digit web order number or an 8-digit packing slip number both work.
