We pride ourselves on offering a generous 45-day return period for all new items, provided they are returned in their original packaging and maintain the same pristine condition as when you received them.

- Please note that for bikes and frames, we can only offer store credit, without exceptions.
- It's essential to ensure that only new items are returned. Any items that have been installed, used, or do not meet our standards of newness are ineligible for a refund. Depending on the situation, we may opt to return the used item to you or provide store credit, subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- We regret that we cannot refund domestic or international shipping charges for the original order, only for the returned item(s). If an item exceeds the 45-day return window but remains brand new, unused, and in its original retail packaging, we can offer store credit instead of a refund.
- Please be aware that used or worn soft goods, shoes, and helmets without all new tags and packaging will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you. Additionally, items beyond one year from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

- Regarding international orders, if you choose to return items, please note that you may receive a refund adjusted based on the current exchange rate at the time of return, which might be less than your original order. Please be advised that we cannot issue international return labels; the provided return mailing label is for U.S. domestic shipments only. For standard returns, the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs.
