We offer a 45-day return period on all new items in their original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received them.
If you are unsure about the condition of the product before shipping a return, please contact us.
- Bikes and frames are only available for store credit. No exceptions.
- Please only send back new items. Returned items that have been installed, used, and not in NEW condition are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, we may return the used item back to you or it may be available for store credit minus a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- We do not refund Domestic or International shipping charges for the original order, only the item(s) returned.
- If the item(s) exceeds the 45-day return limit but is still brand new, unused, and in full retail packaging we can offer store credit, not a refund.
- Used or worn soft goods, shoes, and/or helmets without all new tags and packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Anything past 1 year will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.

- **International Orders** - If you return items from an International order, you may be refunded a different amount, based on the current exchange rate at the time of the return, which may be less than your original order. **Note: International return labels can not be issued. The provided return mailing label is for U.S. domestic shipments only. If you have a specific issue, please contact us.
For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us before sending the return and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund or exchange right away.
