We offer a 45-day return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy. We only request that the item is in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it.
Bikes and frames are only available for store credit, however, everything else can be returned for a full refund.
For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
We really don't do exchanges, because there is a much faster way for you to get your new item. Simply buy the correct item you need on the site and then click here for the return form, return your item to us and we will refund your payment once we receive the return.

If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund right away. **Note: International return labels can not be issued. The provided return mailing label is for U.S. domestic shipments only. If you have a specific issue, please contact us.
If the item exceeds the 45-day return limit but is still brand new, unused with full retail packaging we can offer store credit. We will not be able to issue a refund after 45 days. Anything past a year will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
