45-Day Return Window (Most Items)
- All new items may be returned within 45 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original retail packaging, in the same new condition as received.
Condition Requirements & Restocking Fee Schedule (Applies to All Returns)
- All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Restocking fees are assessed based on the condition of the item when received.
- 0% restocking fee: Unopened items in brand new condition with perfect original packaging.
- 10% restocking fee: Open-box items that are unused and 100% resellable as new.
- 20% or higher restocking fee: Items with damaged or missing packaging, incomplete contents, or anything requiring additional inspection, repackaging, or handling.
- Installed, used, altered, or incomplete items are not eligible for a refund. At our discretion, these items may be returned to the customer or accepted for store credit with a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Manufacturer Boxes and Packaging
- Do not attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s box unless we originally shipped it that way.
- Using a manufacturer box as the shipping container with labels attached will void the refund.
- You may cover or remove our original shipping labels when returning.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. (Example: Additional Expedited Shipping Fees).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Late Returns
- Items returned after 45 days may be eligible for store credit only, with the above Condition Requirements listed above.
- Items more than one year from the purchase date are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Apparel, Shoes, and Soft Goods
- Soft goods, clothing, shoes, and helmets must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Used or worn apparel items will not be accepted and will be discarded.
Exchanges and Warranty

- For defects in materials or workmanship, please review our Warranty FAQ before initiating a return.
International Orders
- International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide international return labels.
- Refunds may be adjusted based on the exchange rate at the time of return and may differ from the original purchase amount.
- We cannot provide International Return Labels.
Bikes, Frames, and Large-Format Items
- Bikes and frames are eligible for store credit only. No exceptions.
- Due to size, value, and handling requirements, additional inspection standards apply.

Errors or Shipping Damage
- If you believe an item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, contact us before starting a return.
- If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your refund or exchange.
