We offer a 45 day return period on all new items. We want our customers to be happy and returns to be easy.
Bikes and frames are only available for store credit however everything else can be returned for a full refund. We only request that the item is in its original packaging and in the same NEW condition as you received it.
If you feel we made a mistake or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will make it right immediately. If the error was on our end, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item(s) back and handle the refund/exchange right away.
Otherwise, for standard returns the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
